Get to know us

In the heart of our studio, surrounded by the hum of machines and the scent of molten wax, my husband and I find our sanctuary. Every day, he bravely battles mental illness—agoraphobia that keeps him inside, extreme anxiety, and crippling depression. These are his dragons, and I stand by his side, armed with love and art.

I face my own challenges with osteoporosis and COPD. Osteoporosis makes my bones fragile, while COPD affects my breathing and stamina. Yet, these conditions teach me resilience. Together, we navigate our trials, finding solace and expression in our art.

Our studio tells this journey. Each piece of jewelry, candle, and resin art carries a part of our story. The heat of the forge and the smell of molten metal symbolize transformation, turning vulnerability into beauty. With each 3D print, laser engraving, and CNC cut, we challenge our limitations.

Polymer clay and wax carving are meditative practices, reflecting our daily adjustments. The lost wax process, where a model is melted away to make room for a final piece, mirrors our journey of letting go and embracing the new.

This is not just art; it's our dialogue with the world, showing that creativity thrives despite mental illness and physical challenges. We share our creations online, hoping to inspire others facing their own battles. Our message is one of hope—there is beauty in every challenge, and through our art, we celebrate the journey and every creation that emerges from our combined spirits.
